Time for an update on our progress and some new pictures. All of the construction is complete and many of the finishes are done. We are working on painting, flooring and finishes in the taproom and a few restrooms. We are ready to cut over to the new power system and are waiting on Duke to hook us up. Also, and most importantly, we are setting the beer brewing equipment, installing the draught system, glycol cooling piping and chiller, and leak testing/pressure testing everything. There is still more to do and we hope to be able to determine an opening date soon. Everything depends on our power system going live so all the trades can complete their finals.
