The latest breaking news is that our power conversion is in progress. Hopefully next week it is completed, inspected and ready for us to start validation of all the new systems. Stay tuned as things are changing daily and we can hopefully look to open in June or July.

Other updates: Finally running the glycol system without any leaks. Took three tries to get it right but it is finally leak free. Once we are making beer we can cool it down for fermentation and then chill it to serving temp. once it finishes. If you have not seen it, the outside sign went up last week! Also, we picked up some used authentic European tables and benches for the and beer garden and beer hall. A lot of finish work inside was completed but we will leave that for a surprise when you stop by and visit us. Hope to see you soon!
